Christian Bishop

Piano

Christian's passion for piano was ignited by his childhood exposure to Delta Goodrem's music. Although he initially struggled to connect with his first piano teacher and found lessons to be dry, a pivotal moment occurred when he encountered a new piano instructor who made learning enjoyable and engaging. These transformative lessons inspired Christian to dream big.

Determined to master the art of piano, Christian diligently practiced and, at the age of 15, saved up to purchase his own piano for dedicated practice. His unwavering commitment led to impressive achievements, including a Diploma in Music Performance, AMEB 8th Grade Classical Piano certification, and a double degree in Music and Education from UNSW.

Christian's journey extended beyond personal growth; he also shared his passion by teaching music and piano in schools across Sydney and even in New York City. His goal is to create a space where students of all ages could experience the same fun, engaging, and enjoyable lessons that had sparked his love for music.

Singing

Ashlea Schuberg is a singer, songwriter and mentor with over fifteen years experience in the music industry.

Having been brought up in a musical family, Ashlea is grateful to have been singing and performing professionally at gigs around Sydney since she was 18.

Ashlea completed her Masters of Teaching secondary Music in 2015 and has had the privilege of working with some of the most amazing singers both young and old. Ashlea has taught one on one, small group classes and in classroom settings since 2015 and is very proud to say that some of her students have recorded and been played on Triple J.

Ashlea has acquired extensive knowledge of vocals and singing in her life and has been taught by some of Sydney’s best vocal coaches such as Leigh Mccrae, Catie Halliday and Victor Reeves.

Ashlea works off three core principles that she teaches early in in her lessons and then  bases her coaching sessions on building strong, correct techniques and repertoire for her students  from there based on the students ability, natural technique and ultimately works to get the true sound of that persons voice so they can sing and perform comfortably and healthily for years to come.

Currently Ashlea is recording and hopes to release her original music next year.
