Information for parents - school program
CT Piano Studio have programs with local schools that offer private or small group piano or singing lessons during the school day. This provides parents the convenience of lessons during school hours, eliminating travel time and freeing up afternoons and weekends. CT Piano Studio offer this service to help ensure the joy of music be readily available to your child without any stress.
Lessons will be held once a week during the school day, within the school grounds by one of our professional tutors. Our tutors have years of experience, are super friendly and are fantastic musicians. This is overseen by our musical director, Christian Bishop.
Each lesson is individually tailored to your student, no matter their skill level, age or musical background. Maybe it’s to simply let your child experience the power of music to help develop cognitive function or maybe it’s to complete AMEB exams. Whatever your goal, we are here to help you and your child reach it. Each term our tutors set out each of their students goals to ensure success and enjoyment.
Our experience has shown that communication with parents, tutors and students is imperative to success. As a parent, we will keep you up to date with your child’s progress, upcoming performances and any extra performance opportunities.
